Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement Academy Education Podcast

Working to advance the science and art of education in these areas, Mark Beluscak and John Robertson share their thoughts about modern education in the Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement Academy setting. Both dedicated to the fact that learning outcomes + time in a classroom + powerpoint slides is not always the recipe for learning.  

Mark Beluscak holds a Bachelors Degree in Education and a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice. He is a retired police officer with almost 25 years of experience in sworn law enforcement. He has served as a subject matter expert in curriculum and has taught multiple classes in at least four different academies and two different criminal justice programs. He currently serves as an instructor and curriculum coordinator at Arapahoe Community College Law Enforcement Academy. 

John Robertson has a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and a Masters Degree in Criminology. Formerly with the Air Force Military Police, John has taught Criminal Justice classes at multiple colleges. He currently serves as full time faculty in both the Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement Academy programs at Arapahoe Community College.
